2. Our Products and Vintage Condition

Lilu Love Boutique specializes in carefully curated vintage and pre-owned clothing, footwear, jewelry, and accessories.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are vintage or pre-owned and may exhibit signs of age, previous use, or minor imperfections.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe each item’s condition, materials, measurements, and appearance. Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, photographs, and measurements before purchasing.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and items may not be restocked.

We reserve the right to correct product information, discontinue products, and limit quantities where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is defective, incorrectly described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Orders are subject to availability, successful payment authorization, and acceptance by Lilu Love Boutique.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inaccurate product information, or inventory errors, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by law.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be confirmed during checkout.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, duties, and other fees will be displayed or calculated during checkout as applicable.

For eligible international orders, Shopify Managed Markets, powered by Global-e, may calculate applicable import duties, taxes, and currency conversions.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day, excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

Domestic orders are shipped using available USPS services. International orders are shipped to eligible destinations through the shipping methods offered at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, and other circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Responsibility for loss or damage during shipment is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to customers earlier than legally permitted.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All Sales Final

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and pre-owned inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We generally do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing preferences, or other personal reasons.

Voluntarily Approved Returns

In exceptional circumstances, Lilu Love Boutique may approve a return at its discretion. Such approval does not establish an ongoing right to return other purchases.

Where permitted by applicable law, the following conditions apply to voluntarily approved returns:

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the returned item’s purchase price.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including any original tags or accessories provided with the item.

Returns must receive approval before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may be refused where permitted by law.

These conditions do not apply where they would restrict mandatory consumer rights.

European Union Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Eligible customers in the European Union generally have the legal right to withdraw from qualifying online purchases within 14 days of receiving their items, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Lilu Love Boutique of their decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.

Customers must return the goods within 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where permitted by law and where this responsibility was disclosed before purchase.

The 30% restocking fee does not apply to statutory EU withdrawals.

Customers may inspect and try on items as they would in a physical store. If handling exceeds what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning, the customer may be responsible for any resulting diminished value, as permitted by law.

Eligible refunds will include the purchase price and applicable standard original delivery charges, as required by law. Additional charges for premium delivery options may be excluded where legally permitted.

Refunds will be issued within the legally required timeframe. Where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or the customer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Nothing in this section limits additional consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country.

Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, or Misdescribed Items

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, materially differs from its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, customers should contact us at hello@liluloveboutique.com.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires the seller to cover return shipping or other costs associated with defective or nonconforming goods, those costs will not be charged to the customer.
